BARBEGAZI’s Winter Adventure: Crafting Memories at WinterPLAY 2024

From February 23 to March 3, WinterPLAY promises a winter celebration filled with festivities, including traditions such as the Shootout on the Snye, enchanting horse-drawn carriage rides, dog sled rides and a captivating display of breathtaking fireworks.
At the core of BARBEGAZI’s mission is to rekindle everyone’s love for the Canadian winter! Our goal is to inspire people of all ages to fully embrace the snowy season. To elevate the WinterPLAY experience, we’re introducing exhilarating Freestyle Sled Demo featuring renowned professional athletes as well as a few more activities.
Here are the activities that Barbegazi will bring to WinterPLAY from February 23 to March 3:
HUMAN CURLING
Picture curling, but with a twist – you are the curling stone! Teams select a player to slide towards the bullseye, aiming to get as close as possible.
GIANT SLINGSHOT
Challenge your precision with the ultimate snowball throwing game. Team up with friends and take on the excitement using a giant slingshot!
FAT BIKE COURSE
Ever wondered about the hype around winter bikes? Now’s your chance to try them out on a custom-built course designed for an unforgettable experience.
SNOWSKATE PARK
Don’t let winter snow affect your love for skateboarding. Experience the thrill of snowskating on our obstacle course – no straps attached!
FREESTYLE SLED DEMO
Witness some of the world’s top freestyle snowmobilers presenting awe-inspiring stunts and tricks, reaching heights of up to forty feet in the air.
Our primary goal is to craft a truly memorable and unique event for the Fort McMurray community. Get ready for an unforgettable experience!
